Sneaky Learning - Summer Edition - MATH ACTIVITIES

Here are some sneaky learning activities to help practice math skills over the summer months :) Click on the pictures to be sent to the blog or website that fully explains the activities.

Easy to make a ten-frame carpet for math centre with a dollar store rug and tape!!

This could be done using chalk on the sidewalk or drive way :)

Let kids toss in balls (ping pong balls?) and count up points. Fun! #spritequeen

Learn Through Movement - Number Hunt Math Game. Hide numbers throughout house or yard. Children hunt, find and arrange in order before timer rings.

Fun and easy to prepare. Grab some popsicle sticks from the dollar store and a patch of unused grass or garden space.

Not really an outdoor game but great for practising number formation.
